Just started new routine

I have been interested in the subject of penis enlargement for a few years now. My problem was always the same, spending too much time doing exercises without getting results. I realized smoking was most likely to blame as it constricts blood vessels. I have gained a mere half inch in the past, going from 6.5 to 7. Now i want to optimize my gains and go from 7 to the 8-9 range. I realize this is going to take a long time and am willing to put forth the effort.

Current routine

morning

hot wrap
15 minutes stretching(all directions, v and a)
10 minutes jelq
hot wrap

night

hot wrap
10 minutes stretch(same)
10 minutes dry jelq
hot wrap
10 mintues wet jelq
hot wrap

I am hoping to see some gains within the month but am willing to spend all year reaching my goal of 8”.

Have you given up the cancer sticks?

I gave up on smoking a few days ago, its actually quite an easy habit to quit when you see all the negative and compare it to the positive which is nonexistent.

If you feel the urge, just look at the cigerette and imagine that your dick will shrink to that size if you keep smoking :)

The last cig i smoked was a Kool and it was so damn disgusting i dont think i will ever smoke again. I’m pretty much passed the urge’s now.

And BTW i have been taking a supplement called viramax that has really been boosting my flacid gains.
