As for all you guys wanting evo pics, haven’t you ever seen one? The US Evo is still watered down compared to the one for the Asian market. They still haven’t updated the 4g63 with variable cams and timing. It’s formidable and I am a Mitsubishi fanatic , but I’ve lost faith in where they are headed. The Evo VI is still the best looking evo.

As for your routine. It’s fine to start out with something written down but eventually you will change the routines on the fly depending on how your progress is and how your penis is feeling. Not to mention interruptions in daily life that will limit a routine set in stone. Welcome, keep reading and good luck!

Siamguy: fear not mitsu is bringing MIVEC to the last version of the 4g63 which will appear in the evo IX. And the EVO is water-down to a degree hear simply because it doesnt have S-AYC , but the countries that have S-AYC are paying in excess of 55k USD -to 86k USD for the EVO, This is excluding the UK’s FQ series

about your routine, well.. as other people said; warm up is very important, so 10 minutes of it are certainly better of 5 :)
choose a goal, then the exercises more appropriate for your future “gains”..
take care of you, and don’t try to rush :)
