Iv been PEing since Jan 08. BPEL was 6.75in. Now it’s just about 7in. Can some experts give me a good stretching routine to increase me lenght gains? Thanks

PS- my routine
5mins hot wrap
5mins stretching
15mins jelqing
5min hot wrap

Id like to increase my stretching to over 10min.

Are you allowing yourself rest days?

If you want to increase your stretching time, there is no limit set on it except when you start your routines here. Since you have been exercising for 6 months you should be well conditioned for maore advanced/longer routines. So you can increaset the stretching time, But do it gradually. Just make sure your dick isn’t being damaged though - ie no pain, and no bruising. If that starts to happen then lay off for a few days before restarting. and keep under the pain or damage level.

We can only tell you what is safe to start with. Since everyone is different you have to determine your own body’s limits.

So advance carefully, is the watchword.
