Too much sensitivy…humm…plenty of threads about people complaining for loss of sensitivity. People is never happy.

More sensivity is good, as Sta-kool pointed. More sensitivy doesn’t lead necessarily to premature ejaculation. Jelqs for me worked both augmenting sensitvity and stamina; faster ejaculations only I experience that when I overwork.

That’s the same with Kegel’s: right amount, more stamina, too much -> premature ejaculation.

Manual stretching tends to reduce sensitivity - but also EQ.

Glad I found this thead, I am in the newbie routine and noticed sensitivity increased alot. If I edge during the newbie routine on off days or evenings if I’m doing PE in the am will that combat the new sensitivity? I don’t want to stop PE and I don’t want to start/stop ever 2 minutes during sex.

Reverse kegels will fix it.

Just practicing reverse kegels or doing them when approaching PONR or both? Ejaculation control is a unclear here. Most of my reading said just do kegels.

Do about 15 sets of 10 second reverse kegels not during sex. Kegels make premature ejaculation worse if you don’t do reverse kegels.

Ok, thanks. Should I still do regular kegels too or wait until the reverse kegels are caught up. It seems glad sensitivity is pretty bad too, I can feel it just walking around. I assume that will subside as my unit gets use to the workouts, probably from manual stretching. Thanks for the info gents! I found an article on PE gym that talks about pelvic floor being balanced to control ejaculation, that an unbalanced pelvic floor is what causes premature ejaculation. I’m a weight lifter, I feel some of the same muscles contracting when I do certain core excercises and squats. It’s possible their is an imbalance caused by that too.

No weights don’t matter. Just do kegels 3 days a week and do 3 times as many reverse kegels as you do regular ones every day until the problem is gone.
