Well I have searched all over the forums and havn’t come across my answer to this question. And I’m sorry if there is a post about it and I didn’t come across it.

When jelquing, how much pressure do you guys use? Do you apply a firm pressure, or is it more of a squeeze as tight as you can type pressure?
When I use the OK grip I don’t feel i’m getting enough pressure to make any difference. So I have to use my other free hand to squeeze tighter. I’m just wanting to make sure I’m doing this right, I hate wasteing time.


Can you tell that you are moving blood with each stroke? This is extremely hard to convey. You want a firm grip, but not one that is so firm that you end up causing an injury after a few strokes. This is part of the learning process and in no way is it wasting time. I would advise to slowly over a period of a month, increase the pressure to a point that you feel comfortable with. So if you can tell that you are moving blood, your head engorges when you stroke, you are doing OK. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the reply and that makes plenty sense to me. I have been changing it up during my routine to where I think it feels it’s working(without injury). So i’ll just keep doing what i’m doing. :)
