Hi Guys,

I just want to let everyone know that my routine is working !

I started just below 6” BP X 5, which means there was NO WAY I could hit 6”, no matter how hard I pressed !

After 2 measurements (before workout), there’s no way I’m below 6”, I can pass the mark easily, after only 2 weeks of training.

I’m really happy about all of this. Don’t know if those are real gain or just better circulation, but it’s still longer than before !

Now I’ll just have to switch to morning workout, because my girlfriends always want to have sex after my workout in the evening, and my penis is not up to the task !

NO WAY I’ll stop before I’m 8’ X 6’ now :)

I didn’t masturbate once since I started PE.

Had sex every second day.

My routine consist of 5 minutes IR LAMP warm-up.
I do all my workout 18 inches from the LAMP.
5 minutes of downward stretch
5 minutes of BTC stretch
5 minutes of JAI stretch
30 minutes of 3 sec, wet jelq at 50%-90%. But in fact, I may be jelking only 15 minutes because I have to re-stimulate often.
5 minutes shower warm-down.

I do this every evening after dinner.

But I will change this and do my routine at 5am instead, because my girlfriend always want to have sex after my workout, and I’m dick is not at it’s best !

I’m 5’8’ tall and weight 150lbs.
