I’ve been at this a year and a half and I learn new things all the time. I think it takes at least a year to be able to get many exercises just right so that they will be doable for the long term.
I still don’t understand how to do fowfers. I can’t get past my balls!
Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.
As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

the biggest eureka iv had (apart from improving jelq technique) has been realizing how much rest I need to maintain gains. I kept ruining gains after a week or 2 of getting em until I started resting more

I guess I don’t had the pleasure of this feeling yet, when I’m jelqing I always think my head is going to explode, because it gets really red but no negative PIs till know so I think I’m fine, I hope to fell like doing it right when I get my measure results next month

Starting (May 2010): BPEL:6" EG: 4 7/8". Current (April 2011): BPEL: 6 3/4" EG: 5 1/4".
Short Term Goal: BPEL: 7" EG: 5.25" Long Term Goal: When my wife makes me stop or 8"x6" (whichever comes first)
I’m definitely new to this but I think I figured it out. This morning I decided to apply constant pressure at the base. Wow! What a difference! The old adage is true. Practice makes perfect.
I guess the next thing to do is work on recording my “before” size.
