Hello Guys.

I was wondering if you do like 3 short term sessions during the day wouldn’t be cool.
Is the warm-up that necessary? If you just wank your cock a little and heat up with the hands wouldn’t that be a nice warmup?


Hey mbg, I personally think spreading your sessions evenly through out the day helps you achieve gains better, about the warm up you really should warm your penis it helps the tissues stretch and helps prevent injury and other problems.

I take it your only doing Manual work for now?

I see on a different post of yours you use a bib hanger, I use one also. I have had the best results with hanging after I wake up, Mid-day, and then before I sleep.

I also do Manual work and Jelqing a couple hours after my Mid-Day hanging session.

Also it is easier to work on Length first and THEN do Girth work, the more girthy you are the harder it is to stretch the tissues forward.
