Is this enough?
I use a 3 day on, 1 day off routine and recently I put the aided v-stretch and the inverted v-stretch into my routine. Well, this must have been too much on my dick because it went down from a little past 7”NBPEL to barely even 6.5”BPEL. Now obviously this made me very unmotivated and I began skipping sessions. This eventually led me to where I am now, about 6.3-6.4”BPEL. But today I took those two exercises back out and did my session. Now I feel great and am remotivated as this is a shorter easier routine.
For those wondering about my PE success. In a few months (about 3-4) I went from 6”NBPEL to 7”NBPEL. I did this using a newb routine, then the routine below that I created.
5 Min Warm Up With 30 Kegels
10 Min Stretch (All Directions For 30 Seconds Each)
5 Min BTC Stretch
5 Min A-Stretch
6 Min V-Stretch (Different Spots For 30 Seconds Each (Middle, Bottom, Top))
JAI Stretches 4 Sets
Now for the question. Is this really enough? It seems like it wouldn’t be enough cuz it’s a 35 minute session counting the warmup, but it gave me good gains. The trouble started when I added more exercises so apparently I overtrained my dick. So like I asked, is this really enough to give me more gains?
P.S. When you answer my question, please answer it in your opinion. Don’t say something like, “well it must be because you gained from it” or, “everybody’s different”. If it’s not enough to make the average person grow more (as in grow another inch not from newb gains) then say it’s not enough. Simple as that.
