I tie a little noose while flaccid to stretch the penis close to it’s maximum stretch length, and hold it somewhere.
I then wrap a flexible $1 band (I guess you could also use spandex or thera-p etc.) tight enough to keep this stretch.
I remove the noose and my penis stays in this stretched mode. 100% stealthy. I can keep this on 16 hours a day.

I think this might be a good form of a tunica stretch. It doesn’t really affect the ligs unless you add some weight to it as well (possible), I’m going to hit my ligs with BTC stretches/fowfers.

As I’m writing this, I’m wrapped to 80% max stretch length, and blood circulation is perfect.

But, I’m using it, and sometimes fowfers, and rarely noose-based ADS (not too much, nooses aren’t that good) for when I’m not focusing on PE.

Besides that, I do my stretching/jelqing.

I am just starting, but have read tons (I’m like that, I need to know everything before I do something. I signed up yesterday, but have been reading the forums for 3 weeks).

I’m at 5.7” NBP, I really want to get bigger

Gland Master used a similar approach, and he had good results from it.
