Is PE temporary exercise or is it a lifestyle?

Hi guys
I’m confused to start PE because from what I see..
A lot of the members are in late 30s and 40s (maybe 50s, I don’t know!)
They are in since the beginning of the century
AND THEY STILL DO PE!
So my question here is basic

Is PE a thing that you do for couple of months to achieve your goals on size?
Or is it a thing you do for the rest of your life?

It depends what goal you have. But for most guys 1 inch takes 1-2 years of dedicated work. I like to do PE and if I do it right my EQ gets better and I might get som gains to as a bonus.

It depends. Some guys want to hit their goal (for example 8x6) and once they get there, they stop. Some guys will continue only to maintain better Erection Quality and overall Penile Health. Others set a goal, hit it, and then set larger goals. It really varies. I’d say overall, it reminds me of diet and fitness. Some people are lifelong dedicated to going to the gym, others go just to lose some weight and don’t continue. You’ll see a lot of men who struggle to stay committed to doing PE regularly as well.

I’m glad to have found it and will keep some form of PE in my life forever. Wish I found it sooner. The content in Thunders goes way beyond growth of your dick.

Penis health is a major focus here and it should be. Because your penis health reflects your overall health be it physiological or psychological. Pay attention to your penis it might be telling you something 😏

They are not the same
You will lose your muscles when you leave the gym
But your penis will not shrink and get shorter when you leave PE

I will say, for me it’s a lifestyle. I enjoy it and I think it benefits my sexual health. And I’m pretty sure sex will always be important to me..

Plus gains in length and girth are always welcome.

At the level that I practice PE, I consider it a lifestyle. An end goal of gains was never a consideration. I “work out” a few times a week for the last 15 years or so because the feeling is something I enjoy. My EQ is awesome and I have experienced gains. Mostly Aesthetically for me, lots more veins showing, blood flow and general confidence sexually. I’m 51

I know its not exactly the same. I just mean that my mentality is somewhat similar and I think people sometimes treat it the same way. Some people stay committed and some don’t. That applies to both PE and diet/exercise. But yeah PE gains do stick whereas gains from a healthy diet/consistent exercise don’t stick unless you keep at it. I hope to stay dedicated to both personally.

I’ve been at this over three years and gained.025 in length hanging every day 4 sets 20 min sets. Gone up to 33 lbs but maybe technique wasn’t right or I have unusually strong collagen tissue and pain tolerance can get too much. Many guys probably would have quit by now.

Currently doing manual work with a bib hanger , starter as I ve been doing since Feb 2020. Before that twas a sock hanger

Lifestyle brother.

Plus once you see some gains it’s rather an addiction than lifestyle :D

Fair enough, I’ve never done hanginging personally.
Have you ever tried an extender?

You are doing way too much hanging and way to heavy. You need to take at least a 6 month break then come back and read 5.5squared post about hanging with fire and lightest weight possible
