I’m going to have to disagree with you iamaru. If one man is sore and one has moderate pain those are two completely different things going on. Every man is completely unique in their gains BECAUSE of this. 200 jelqs can make one man sore and it will be the same thing as a man who does 1000 jelqs and is then sore. Same effect because of the same level of soreness. If the other man where to do 1000 jelqs instead of 200 he would cause himself pain and injury because his penis is alot more sensitive to the excercise.
