Is It Possible To Shorten The Length Of The Foreskin?

Hi,

I’ve been doing PE for almost 2 months now and I have noticed that my foreskin length has increased. Earlier it used to retract back automatically when my dick was conpletely erect but now it doesn’t and I have to do it myself. Also, I hate the fact that my foreskin gets bunched up just behind the glans and also protrudes more when flaccid.

Is there a way to shorten the length of my foreskin and make it how it used to be before?

P.S. I will NEVER get circumcised.

Like memento said, the only way to shorten the appearance of your foreskin, is to increase the size of your penis without further stretching the foreskin.

Regarding the bunching up… if it’s because you have a short frenulum, then having the frenulum severed (either through a frenuloplasty, or by “frenulum tying”) will fix the bunching.

I used to have that issue due to a pretty short frenulum to the point where wearing condoms was uncomfortable, so I had a urologist perform “frenulum tying” (I have a thread on TP about this from around ~12 years ago). Now my foreskin fully retracts all the way, and doesn’t bunch up behind my glans as much. But it didn’t make it any shorter…

I do manual hanging at 10 kg followed by aggressive exercises. Is that responsible for the foreskin stretching? How can I increase my “inner penis” length (I don’t even know what that is lol)?

How was the experience? Did it hurt? Were there any side effects? I’m not sure if that’s the issue in my case because I can easily retract my foreskin back all the way. Take a look at my progress thread if you have to and please let me know.

You’ve proved this to yourself. Which exercise is the question. Normally it’s hanging and normally you can tell when you are stretching skin.

Continue PE but try not to stretch the skin. For example retract the foreskin before hanging. By inner penis, I mean the part below the skin that the skin slides over.

I ALWAYS retract my foreskin completely for everything I do.

Something you are doing is stretching the skin. Normally that’s something you can feel happening. So pay close attention and you should figure it out.

I think my foreskin stretches when my hands starts slipping. The foreskin slides down and gets in the way and after a while it starts hurting a bit so I stop to grip it again.

Manual hanging is just for a few more months until I achieve my first goal after which I intend to buy some devices. I’m contemplating between vac and compression hanger. I know that compression hanging will definitely pull my foreskin. Does it happen for vac hanging too?

Compression hangers don’t pull the skin if you retract the foreskin and they are tight enough. A vac hanger shouldn’t at all but you’re talking about lower potential weight there.

If what you are doing is working, try to be careful in how you modify. The last thing you want to do is modify your routine and stop gains. That sweet spot might have tiny margins.

Hanging 10 kg from your hand for more than 20 mins is painful dude lol. This why I said I intend to buy devices in a few months.

Then vac hanging for me it is! LG hanger can support 10 kg I think.

You could make a compression hanger to test before committing to a purchase, if money is an issue. There are lots of designs around from the The Captn’s Wench: PE Device for lower weights like 10kg to something like The AFB Hanger for higher weights. It’s harder to make a vac hanger but here’s a design: 15 Homemade Vac Hanger.

When starting with vaccum hanging, do not start with 10 kgs! Start with 0,5 kg-1 kg and work your way up. I’m beeing serious. Hanging directly in the surface of the glans, as vaccum cups do, is a completely different ballgame than hanging in the shaft. You will want to avoid blisters. When fitting the cup - read about it in threads, and be careful when trying out cups and weights, it is easy to get blisters and other injuries from using the wrong cupsize. Good luck, and another thing, 0,6 inch gain is a good gain !

I think microtaping and wearing a silicone cap can avoid blisters when using any vacuum device, especially hanging.

So basically, if I’m able to increase length without stretching my foreskin, things should go back to normal, right?
