Ir Lamp

Hi everyone i used ir lamp for the first Time and it was for me a horrible expérience .
I used it saturday and still today My penis its like spongy
After 3 days My EQ its not good and its a first Time for me because after 1 day break my EQ come to the normal .

I m afraid that My penis still no change because After 3 days There’s no amélioration

I find it hard to believe the IR lamp caused all this, unless is some ultra-strong IR reflector or some kind… Or you used it for several hours or something?

No only for stretch and jelqing
Today My penis feel a little better after 4 days

Maybe i stretch too close of the ir lamp i dont Know
