Introduction, stats and some complaining

Hello All,

Would like to introduce myself to the Thunder’s crew.. I am fairly new to PE, well about 7 months since I started, with a couple of months breaks. I started out at MoS though I had been browsing most of the main PE forums including Thunder’s for a long time. During my journey I have learned to hang and clamp as well as manual stretching and jelqing. Oh and many hours spent in an extender/traction device. My aim is to maximise length and pick up some girth along the way (all erect since there is not much use for my dick when it is flaccid, so I do not care much for how big it looks).

I started off at 6.3” EL and 4.9” EG, just under 7 months later and I am now at 6.7” EL and 5.1” EG.. So I have gained 0.4” in length and 0.2” in girth, I must say I am happy to be bigger but not at all a happy bunny! I mean I missed out on newbie gains big time, although I put in a lot of hours and kept as consistent as I could. An inch or two would have been great and I do understand that the beginning is a learning curve but my member’s components are now probably toughened and I missed my newbie window :(

Yesterday I decided to hang hang hang, so from now on I will hang as much as I can and see where I get to after two months. Seems you cannot go wrong with hanging and everyone gains a big one that way. So yesterday I hung 2.15 hours and got up to 3.25kg followed by 2.10 hours in the extender and finished with a 30min wrap. Also did some manual stretching between. Will attempt the same today.

I have a question for the hangers who use the vlc tugger (if there are any of you out there): It does not cut off my circulation so I usually manage between 40mins to 1hr each set. Any problem with that? Am I over doing it or is it safe to say as long as it feels ok I can keep it up?

Anyway hello to all and happy PEing ;)

Peace

OK so 3 months later and hours of hanging, approx 15hrs a week and at 7kg.. My dick looks and feels much bigger but the ruler says NO.. Well 5mm extra BPEL so an extra 0.2” but no NBEL which I do not understand (except I probably don’t put the ruler at the same place each time with NBPEL). Anyway it is not enough for the hours I put in.

Starting up a new tactic. Will work on girth and hopefully gain length along the way. My previous experience shows results in length while doing girth work. A big shame that hanging did not work out as I really felt it was doing something, to the extent that I can see a fat base girth and can see how stretched my ligs are, oh well :(

So for the last week I have been hanging as well as using my new all night pump. I am thinking to drop the hanging and keep pumping. Will also put some clamping, squashing and squeezing type exercises into the mix at some point. Wish me luck guys coooooome ooooooooon

Scrap that! A very cheap and whiny comment from me.. 0.2” in 3 months is decent and shows me the hanging is doing something. Maybe will keep at it, who knows. Point is I might get more out of other PE techniques.

OK .. I have a couple thoughts.

Thing 1 … I just read your Feb post in which you lamented your “lack’ of newbie gains. Yes, there are some that got more than half an inch … but a half inch isn’t bad. I am sure that you recognize that everyone’s journey is different.

Thing 2 … 2 plus months of hanging is a reasonable amount of time to have given it a go. Did you make any changes to your routine / approach to hanging as you gained experience? I am biased, but I would hate to see you abandon hanging.

Thing 3 … Did you say “all night pump”. AM I correctly inferring that you wear a device on your John Thomas while you sleep ?!?! I don’t think that I would ever recommend that.

With that out of the way. It sounds like you are taking this pretty seriously and I am sorry that the gains aren’t coming at the pace that you had hoped for. I for one, think that you should keep the faith though … history is on the side of gains for those that persevere

Starting (10 / 2011): 6.50 BPEL, 5.50 MEG

Current: 7.50 BPEL, 6.00 MEG

Goal: 8.50 BPEL 6.50 MEG

I agree with Printman 100%. I think consistently doing something more than anything else will yield the best results. I just started hanging very light weight for 3 sets of 20 minutes totaling about 1 hour a day. After words I stretch through out the whole day when ever I get a few minutes. Other days I wear a one pound ads that I made out of coated scuba weights and velcro. I really see and feel gains coming but more reason than any I believe is because I am always doing something. Best of luck and wish you the best.

Starting Measurements 03/03/2012: BPEL: 7.30" MSEG: 5.100"

Previous Measurement 11/19/2012: BPEL: 7.90" MSEG: 5.250"

Current Measurements 01/08/2013: BPEL: 8.0" MSEG: 5.250"

Goal: BPEL: 8.25" MSEG: 6.250" <-- Just a bit above the magic | How I'm getting there --> Routine and progress with pics

You gained 0.4 in the first 7 months, then 0.2 in the next 3 months. That’s the same rate of gains. Hanging is not working by what I can see. I’d just go for the extender+manuals, since those were giving you the same gains than extender+manuals+hanging.

Printman thanks for your reply and encouragement. Some good points. In reply:

Thing 1 … I do recognise everyone’s journeys are different and had figured a while ago that I was going to take longer than your average. I would not have been to bothered, in fact I enjoy PE and would do it for years on end if possible. Problem is I am set to get married by end of year and may not be able to continue. With that in mind, it would have been great to go from the “above average” category to the “big/huge category” before then. I mean you gained 1” in length and .5” in girth in only 7 months god damn it haha, that could have been me!

Thing 2 … I spent the 1st couple of weeks trying OTS hanging, only to realise that hanging for lig gains would probably make more sense. I have also improved my wrap and hanger and feel like a seasoned hanger. In retrospect I will not completely abandon hanging since I did gain somewhat and I am pretty comfortable with it. It is just that I get a niggly feeling that I might be missing out on a better approach. Who knows

Thing 3 … Yes scary!?! huh haha. Anyway no it is a pump I recently bought which is marketed as an “all night pump”. I use it during the day for no more than 2hrs at a time. It is interesting though and if I can up the hours and feel completely safe then you never know, one day I may end up sleeping in it for real!

But yes I do take it seriously and I do persevere so regardless of my disappointment, I will gain something hopefully

Yosh: Thanks for the advice and support.

Marinera: You might be right. All that hanging and same rate of growth. I might look into clamping and manual work. The thing is that I spent pretty much the same amount of hours per day in the extender as I do hanging. The only difference is that hanging is heavier and looks and feels like it’s doing more!? So perhaps my earlier gains where due to clamping and jelqing. I often read guys complaining about their girth work gaining them length rather than girth. Could I be one of those I wonder

If that would be the case, you’d be an easy length gainer/hard girth gainer; so, adding hanging would give way faster gains. At every angle you look your specific situation, there is just one logic answer IMHO: hanging is not doing what is assumed to do. 0.6” in ten months isn’t bad. If there is anything I would fix in your regimen, is basically switching on many techniques, because you already are facing the main problem that can come from it: you have troubles understanding what has worked and what hasn’t.

I’d stay on jelq + another technique for at least three months. Patience is the name of the game.

So what is hanging assumed to do, since you say .6” in ten months isn’t bad?

Good point regarding switching on many techniques, I have no idea understanding what does and does not work for me. The only reason I took this approach was to maximise my available time.

So might try go back to clamping now. In all honesty, I think I am gaining at my personal gain rate if that makes sense. I get the feeling that even clamping will gain me at the same speed, with perhaps the advantage of girth gains.

As you say I will jelq and clamp for 3 months. I spent the last 3 months only hanging and jelqing. So perhaps clamping and jelqing would improve the speed of gains (at least no less)

If you have some money to spend, pumping would be a better choice than clamping. You should always use the higher force when you have no other choice, because more force you use, the faster your tissues will strenghten.

About changing techniques, you could find interesting to know that there is some evidence that, for most people, extenders have to be worn at least for 4 hours daily to give appreciable gains. If you had augmented the time you were wearing the device, instead than switching to hanging, chances are that you could have gained a bit more.

argh don’t say that haha.. My life story is “should haves” and “would haves”

We learn from History that we don’t learn from History - Hegel.

Sucks huh.. I keep thinking that animals are inferior as they do not pass what they learn from generation to generation.. Here I am being an animal hahaha

Nahhh. The true difference between The Men and other animals is that animals don’t do PE.
