I previously had no idea about clamping but what I do is usually at the end of my workout, just clamp with my ok grip at the base and hold it for about 5 mins or so until all blood is engorged in my dick. Would this have the same effect as clamping? Thanks

I guess if your fingers are that strong it would be about the same.

Horse: That is the only way to do it while you are working the newbie routine. Toughen your dick up with your hands rather than with devices at this point. Jelqing and manual stretches really put the tunica and ligs through a good conditioning period preparing the tissue for more aggressive work later on. Rushing into advanced technique too soon will cheat you of any possible newbie gains.

I have no idea about the real clamping. But I sometimes try ‘fake’ clamping with my OK grip and I found it is not convenient at all.
By the way, are you starting clamping? Then why not a real clamping if you’re ready for it.

Routine : Manual-V-Inverted V-JAI-BTC stretches (alot of stretches :D ). Wet Jelq, Pumping (once a week to maintain my girth)

This is what I’ve been doing lately and its given me a .25” girth gain in under a month and its helped my length gains whih have been about .25” too. Do it before you manual stretch.

Yes but I usually tire, even with both hands, after 30 sec or so.

I would also find this position uncomfortable for sex. Try it with a clamp sometime ….heh heh…he said “try”.

so right at the beginning of the workout then? wouldn’t that tire out your dick for jelqing though?
