My stats are roughly 6 nbel/6.3-6.5bpel (depending on erection) and 4.7 girth. I would really like to increase my girth as I have become somewhat conscious of it lately. I am familiar with the jelq, but what other exercises could assist me further?
And I would like to mix in clamping, but I do not know much about it
-What are the advantages of clamping?
-And the disadvantages?
-How long should I perform an exercise routine before clamping?
-Last but not least, does anybody know of a good brand of clamp, or a website that offers good reliable product?
