My stats are roughly 6 nbel/6.3-6.5bpel (depending on erection) and 4.7 girth. I would really like to increase my girth as I have become somewhat conscious of it lately. I am familiar with the jelq, but what other exercises could assist me further?

And I would like to mix in clamping, but I do not know much about it
-What are the advantages of clamping?
-And the disadvantages?
-How long should I perform an exercise routine before clamping?
-Last but not least, does anybody know of a good brand of clamp, or a website that offers good reliable product?

Clamping is an advanced exercise and should not be attempted by newbies.

Clamping if not done properly can lead to injury.

You should atleast do 3 months of the newbie routine before you can try advanced exercises. I have not bought any products from this supplier and as such cannot comment on the quality or the service offered. Please exercise your own judgement before ordering anything.
