Yesterday, I immersed my penis and my balls in hot water. It worked very well but is it safe to immerse the balls in hot water like that?

The effect of the heat is temporary. No offense, but that’s just plain stupid. - How do you shower or generally wash your self, for christ sake?! With cold water?

No reason to make it any harder. Unless you are trying to make the old lady pregnant…. Then you probably should spare the heat.

yep that’s why the scrotum is developed externally from the rest of the body, so it’s temperature is lower than your body’s, this is more ideal for sperm.
