I'm new, just want to ask somethng

Ok, I’m 21 bisexual and has a boyfriend, Asian w/ a dick size of 4.8 inches NBPEL and 5 inches BPEL my goal is a 6 inches NBPEL
My flaccid length changes in time it goes form 3-3.5 inches

Would like to know if this is a good routine

5mins-warm warp
5-10mins (30sec each side stretching + rotating)
10mins wet jelq (make it 15 mins after some weeks)
5mins- warm warp

*Ok my question is do I really need to warm warp b4 and after the activity? Because it’s kinda easier w/o for me w/o the warm warp but if it’s important that ill go on w/ it..

*Next is doing wet jelq alone good coz I’m cut and I find dry jelq hard

*And this is done every other day, so after how many weeks should I increase/ change my program?

*Lastly, is it ok to do this before going to the shower (taking a bath in tap water) since is don’t use the heater often coz it’s hot in here

Warm ups/ downs are important for 1. Increased blood circulation 2. It makes your dick easier to work with during the workout. 3. Warm downs help to recover faster.

It is 2 days on 1 off usually. Modify it to your liking and comfort. Increase when you feel ready. Personally I increase every 8 weeks. Do it whenever you have a lot of time of privacy.

I have yet to find out about ballooning, so I can’t help you there.

This is disputed, but I think I can safely say that the majority of the forum is in support of the warm-up. It makes the tissue more pliable, decreasing the risk of injury. Personally, I always thoroughly warm-up; however, there are many a-member whom do not warm-up and can boast substantial gains.

Sorry I didn’t read this one right. Yes, it’s fine to have a cold shower after PE. You could warm-up under a tap and then take a cold shower after you have completed your routine, for example.

Ballooning Gains!

Some people warm up and some do not. I do believe though that most people just starting typically always warm up because it is a part of the routine. After a while in the business, you will then be able to tell what works and what does not work for you.

Are their any comments/suggestions on my routine? Do you think it’s a good one or might as well share your own routine so that I could try it and see whats good for me.. I maybe new in this forum but I’ve been a member for about 3 weeks now and had been doing that routine for about 3weeks too. I’ve notice a change in girth size when erected but not the erect length. My goal is a 6inches NBPEL (Yha, I’m good with 6 inches hehehehe) and I’ve tried to do away with the warm warp because it eats up most of my time in the shower..

By the way, is it OK to do PE and then after wards take a cold bath? Would it damage my tool because it’s tired and then subjected to cold water?

My comment/suggestion on your routine:
Newbie Penis Enlargement Routine

Wet jelqs are fine.

You might want to try a routine of two days on, one day off per the Newbie Routine link above.

Warm wraps are not essential, but I’d highly recommend them.

You can PE and take a cold bath. See how it works for you. Make sure that you’re measuring from time to time to evaluate your progress. Some feel that cold following a routine helps the tissues ‘set’ in the expanded state. However, this is by no means a universal consensus; there are as many advocates or more of slow ‘warmdowns’ after a routine.

By tap water, do you mean that you do not have hot water “at all” because it is warm where you live and you do not need to heat it?” And, do you mean that you use the water at the temperature that “comes out” of the faucet? If so, is the “tap” water that comes out of the faucet warm at all, or is it just cold water that comes our of the tap?

Do you have access to a microwave oven? If you do, then you could make a “Rice Sox Warmer.” You fill a cotton sox about half full with “raw” rice, tie a knot in the end, and then warm it in the microwave for about 30 seconds, turn it over and warm again for 30 seconds. This Rice Sox will stay warm for quite a while if it is wrapped in a small cotton towel. You roll up the Rice Sox in the small towel and then wrap the wrapped Rice Sox around your dick for about 5 minutes. It is better doing this while lying down. Keep the heat OFF of your nut sack, use it only on your dick. If the towel starts to cool off, then you unwrap it until you find a warmer place. When you finish all your routines (it may need to be warmed again), you can wrap the sox around your dick and “massage” it. The warming and massaging is good for penis health.

If you do not have a microwave oven, then would you be able to heat some water on a kitchen stove until it is warm (not HOT)? Or, can you put a large jar of water out in the HOT SUN to warm up? When you have the warm water then you can wet a cloth in the warm water, wring it out, and apply it to your dick. You might even put the Rice Sox out in the hot sun to warm up and you could use it without the towel.

I am one of those who believes that WARM-UP and WARM-DOWNS, are VERY IMPORTANT.

Regarding your taking a cold shower afterwards, I would think it would be better to use the WARM-DOWN first, then take the cold shower afterwards. You need the warmth to help heal.

What ever you do, you must be persistent and stick with your routine. Check out the “luvadadus Newbie Routine.” I think it is a VERY GOOD ONE and the one that I have been following. You can search for it “Newbie Penis Enlargement Routine - Penis Enlargement Manual.” After a while, you can increase your routines to include more stretches and more jelqs.

It depends on how long you have been pe’n if you have just been at it for a few weeks, routine is good.

Well I have a water heater that makes water puring out of my faucet warm and I also have a microwave oven, we have plenty of rice since that’s our staple food :-) But I kinda find it hassle doing the warm up and down. Honestly, I have problems with obedience and self control because after a while, doing the exercise, I just stop doing it for I was bored.

By the way, while doing the jelq and stretching, my dick must be in semi erect state? Like 80% elected?

I think, I do the 2 days on 1 day off..
