I'm I doing enough

I'm I doing enough

Well I’ve been doing this for almost three week, and unfortunately I’m not one of those newbies that have incredible gains in their first month. But it’s all good. No gains in length or girth yet. Of course my flaccid length is longer, but I didn’t measure that in the beginning anyhow and seem trivial to me at this point. However right at the base of my penis I noticed I now have a vein sticking out on each side of my penis for about 1/4 inch increasing the base girth from 4.5 to 4.75 if you can count that

What I am wondering is am I doing enough?

I started out with the newbie routine for a week but then ended up getting too busy and took a 3 day vacation from it :(

Then I redid my routine so that I do it all in the shower and it’ll take less time and cuts down on the mess and hassle of the warm ups.

So what I do now (for the past two weeks)

Couple minute warm up in the shower
5-20 sec stretched in each direction
400 Quick jelqs 30-40% erection (as described in Andrew’s routine)
Then keep running warm water over it for the cool down

Any thoughts welcomes

How does your penis feel after your session? How are your erections?

What you are doing may well be “enough” for you right now, so stick with it, and experiment with increasing the intensity/repetitions.

You seem to be on the right track so far, but PE takes a very long time. Don’t get discouraged and stick with your routine, that’s the only way to success for most people.

Also don’t worry too much about the occasional break, stressing about PE won’t foster a positive image of your workouts in the long run.

Well my erections have always been good so I haven’t noticed too much difference in that.

After my sessions my penis feels.mmmm a little numb I would say. But that goes away in 30 minutes or so I would say

Actually now that I think of it.when I started out with the newbie routine I always got erections many times a day (probably because I was stretching more/playing with it more?) but since the shower this morning I haven’t gotten and erection since probably 10 hours.

But I thought that differences with erections came with over working. And I’m wondering if I’m even doing enough. Weird

You should take it easy. Also, if you’re experience actual numbness you really need to look at how you’re performing these exercises.

There are delicate nerve bundles behind the top of the glans (in particular, not exclusively). You need to be careful not to damage these nerves.
