Hello everyone,

I’m on here to give PE another try. I tried PE about 8 years ago. I did it for a month, and saw no change. I got discouraged and quit. This time I want to stick to it no matter how long it will take.

I guess I’m what someone would call average BPEL 5.5. Though, I do have a factor against me, I am overweight. I weigh around 280 (my height is 5’9”). So, I’m 80 or so pounds overweight. I have read on a few health related websites that for every 20 pounds a person is overweight, it hides an inch of the penis (I guess that would be the flaccid length)?

So, flaccid not really sure how to stretch it to measure it, what I get is 2 inches or so. I’m on a diet and had been on a fitness program until recently when I broke my foot getting ready for a Karate tournament. Went for a jumping side kick in our small living room, and landed it wrong; on the side of my foot. So all I can do is continue my diet.

I figured while I’m losing weight and getting in shape, that I should begin PE again. I am engaged, and my fiance says she is pleased with my size, but I have never been. I’ve always wanted to be around 8 inches. So, hopefully with the tips and routines here will help me in my journey to the size I’ve always dreamed about being.

I’d like to gain the 2.5 inches I need to reach my goal of 8. Any help with this since I am so new at this would greatly be appreciated.

In my opinioni 7 inch is the perfect lenght ,8 is too much :)

Thanks andrea_pe. 7 would be great too. Hopefully as time goes by doing the routines posted on here, I’ll see improvement.

You should still try to exercise your upper body. Do arm curls hold your arms above your head do light weight shoulder presses with things around the house. That way you can continue to loose some weight while you’re injured, loosing weight will help tremendously with penis size. You loose erect penis length also when you are over weight girth really isn’t affected. I wish you the best of luck friend and a fun journey.

Hello! Good luck on your goals. I agree with the above post. You should still be able to work out your upper body. Good luck!

Be patient this time. Read these forums a lot. Read all the newbie guides and instructions. Stick to it and I’m sure you’ll see gains.

Thanks eponymous. I will be patient this time. I have been doing a lot of reading here on the forum. I now know that it will take time, but will be worth it in the end.

Thanks Kjdeet. I won’t take my routines to the extreme lol. I know better than that. I’m trying to improve what I got, not damage it.
