I'm back and need some review! For the 3rd time...
Hey guys, I’m back on the forums. I’ve been swamped with school work last quarter, but finally worked out a better schedule for myself. I need some help with a few problems, though.
First off, how does my work-out look?
Entire workout done in shower
Warm up in shower
stretching about 3-5 minutes
100 Dry Jelqs (overhand, from the base, 1-3 counts each)
warm down
M-W-F, going to add 5 jelqs every 2 weeks. I also do kegels every day that I go jogging (100 3 count kegels), which comes out to about 4-5 times a week
Second, I cannot get hard enough while I am jelqing in shower. I do put on porn, but I can’t get too hard unless I physically stimulate myself. This problem only occurs every so often, so I usually range from 10-50% erect while I jelq. After I finish, my penis does seem heavier and more swollen, however. Should I be worried that I am doing the jelqs improperly?
Thirdly, I have been on-off with jelqing and kegels, but I would like to try clamping. I have read it increases EQ, which i need, but I am not sure if my member is ready for the kind of strain. Should I keep jelqing for longer or could I start on a light clamping routine? Thank you!
