Hey guys, I’m back on the forums. I’ve been swamped with school work last quarter, but finally worked out a better schedule for myself. I need some help with a few problems, though.
First off, how does my work-out look?

Entire workout done in shower

Warm up in shower
stretching about 3-5 minutes
100 Dry Jelqs (overhand, from the base, 1-3 counts each)
warm down

M-W-F, going to add 5 jelqs every 2 weeks. I also do kegels every day that I go jogging (100 3 count kegels), which comes out to about 4-5 times a week

Second, I cannot get hard enough while I am jelqing in shower. I do put on porn, but I can’t get too hard unless I physically stimulate myself. This problem only occurs every so often, so I usually range from 10-50% erect while I jelq. After I finish, my penis does seem heavier and more swollen, however. Should I be worried that I am doing the jelqs improperly?

Thirdly, I have been on-off with jelqing and kegels, but I would like to try clamping. I have read it increases EQ, which i need, but I am not sure if my member is ready for the kind of strain. Should I keep jelqing for longer or could I start on a light clamping routine? Thank you!

figuring out jelqs myself. I can tell you that clamping is very intense and more than likely to decrease your EQ unless you can figure out the right ratio force, duration. and rest (I wasn’t able to).

Figuring out jelqs? You mean you still haven’t found the right amount of erection and such needed? :/ Ahh okay, maybe I should wait another month or so before I start…

I have also forgotten to mention that I have been taking many supplements, such as:

Oxyelite Pro (contains caffeine)

Lean Xtreme

Calcium-Magnesium complex

and finally, Optimum Nutrition for men.

Would these have any effect on anything?

Right amount of erection, right amount of pressure, right amount of time under pressure, right amount of “on” and “off” days. If by “anything” you mean your PE gains, probably not. They would probably have an overall health benefit.

Well Aaron, from what ive read on here… i found that if you’re doing jelqs at low erection levels this will benefit you in length gain.. whereas doing jelqs at a higher erection level will benefit more in girth gains. Makes sense if you really think about it.


Start: 6.4 x 5.1

Current: 6.5 x 5.5

Long Term: 8x6

Oh really? I guess I missed that part. I would like to increase both, but I guess I should focus on length first. I feel like my EQ is a little low, and it is hard to achieve erection without both stimulating myself and watching porn. Could this be ED?

I’m no expert on that, but i DID notice after about 2 weeks of jeqling (i do it at a lower erection level for length gains) i began to have much better EQ … just make sure you dont over do anything. Last thing you need is an injury ..

Current: 6.5 x 5.5

Long Term: 8x6

Oh okay, well hopefully this will add to my EQ. I have experienced injury before, because I did rice sock waaay too hot, but thought it was normal. I took a few weeks off after that, and such.

I really dislike how I cannot edit my past posts…

I have also noticed that after I jelq and kegel, I get a lower EQ when trying to masturbate, even though I masturbate at least 5 hours after. I cannot achieve the same hardness, and I cannot achieve the same length. This seems to disappear the next day, but could this be because my penis is fatigued?

If you want to maintain a higher erection level I read this and tried it.basically when you feel your erection subsiding to a point you do not like, grasp the bottom of your penis to keep whatever blood thats in there solid and then give yourself alil rub down with the other hand to get yourself perky again the same can be done while trying to get more lub on etc. It does work just a thought though I’m pretty new too so I don’t know if this is the best method or not

I quick Jelqing, Now I clamp only, And the reason behind that is I don’t want to watch porn, Clamping will give you length and girth, But more girth, But if your not responsible you may lose it, Because as what UM1991 said it is intense routine, And you have to be careful and to understand how it works, Because if you understand how clamping works, You will never have problem, Because you will understand , So understanding, and being responsible , will keep you away from harm
