OK here a quick explanation. Kegeling is exactly the same way as you try to stop your pee in the middle of peeing. Thus “50 kegels of five second holds each”, means that you have to do kegels 50 times and hold it for five seconds each.

Routine : Manual-V-Inverted V-JAI-BTC stretches (alot of stretches :D ). Wet Jelq, Pumping (once a week to maintain my girth)
