Hi, I’ve been doing PE for about 7 months now. In the first 3 months I gained a quarter inch in both dimensions. Which was great, and I’m very happy. However I havn’t gained anything for ages despite constant diligence and variation in my routine.

I do
10 minute warmup
30 second stretches
A and V stretches
Then another warmup
Then 300 jelqs (which I’ve increased from 150 steadily over the last couple of months)

Then I warm down.

I do this 3 days on and one day off.

My EQ is fantastic, which is a major factor in my not losing all hope but I just wish I could gain more!!

Any tips?

How hard do you work your penis? You may need to increase the intensity of your exercises, but do less of them. Thats not instruction to go and tear your cock to pieces, still be very careful, maybe try taking it up a notch, and see how your penis reacts.

Start- Some time in 2004.. 6" BPEL, 4.5" Mid-EG (Really lazy at PE)

Current.. 7.8" BPEL, 5.7" Mid-EG

Goal(Time to get serious).. 8" BPEL, 6" Mid-EG

Increase stretching time if you haven’t already. It says 30 second stretches so I’m assuming you mean every direction, so try 1 minute stretches. Also make sure to take note of as many measurements as applicable. Some don’t really measure BPEL for different reasons but I think it important to measure BPEL, NBPEL, and BPFSL for length gains and Base Girth, Mid-shaft Girth, and Head Girth for girth gains of course.

Short-Term Goal: 6.25" EG by 9/1/14

Well, I have a steady relationship which involves a large amount of amazing sex. Would that be against the no ejaculation rule?

And I forgot to add that I use ADS for 4 hours every day (including off days) at low tension (just enough to extend my penis to it’s longest at my widest gait. Bearing in mind that it’s a leg harness)

The ADS has most definitely improved my flaccid length, I havn’t measured the difference but I can definitely tell.

And on the intensity, I’ve been changing my erection level during jelqs. Originally it was 70-80%, where I saw the most gains, but I’ve recently changed to 40-50%, which I’ve heard is better for length gains. Recommendations?

Try taking a month to two month decon. Let the fibers loosen up a bit, then immediately on your return hit it with good stretching sessions (try one minute holds this time) and your ADS. This might shock the fibers into elongation.

I would try not to vary your routine. Stay consistent with the exercises you choose for at least 6 weeks and you are more likely to see a gain. If you change what you are doing frequently you will not likely see gains, and if you do you will not know what you did right, and won’t be able to replicate it in your routine going forward.

I have a PE journal and I test my PIs on a routine over a two week course. Is that too short?

Maybe try doing a cooldown rather than warmdown.

Also, does deconditioning work? Actually? It doesn’t really make they much sense to
Me apart from as a fast way to lose gains!
