I have been taking L- argnine for about a month and...
..and my rise in EQ is to about a 7, maybe 7.5. I cant get past beyond this point and be as hard as hell.
I drink lots of water, do not smoke or drink and Im eating healthy. Any pointers to where I should head next? Should I take something else?
I have been PE-ing for the past 4 months, a 2 day on and 1 day off routine.
Also Ive been thinking of pumping, or hanging. How you think should I implement this into my 2 on and 1 off routine?
Should I pump/hand on the first day of the two PE days? So that is after the off day, of on the second day of my PE schedule?
