I don't think I'm doing this right

I’m new here and new to penis enhancement in general and I’ve been reading a lot on the procedures given but I’m alarmed at the fact that my penis seems too small to even perform these exercises. Is this normal? Am I doing something wrong or is my case hopeless?

I’ve never seen a penis too small for enlargement. It would be helpful if you shared your current size and what modalities you’ve tried.
