Hey Guys,

I recently registered. I have been reading threads on this forum for a little over a month and decided to practice some of the PE routines that some of the senior guys recommended.

I must say this forum gives us, low confident guys, a glimmer of hope. The guys on here are so helpful and encouraging, it’s not a competition but a family.

I’ve read threads from guys who posted really encouraging results. I started about 1 - 1 1/2 months ago with a routine quite similar to the ‘newbie routine’, recently included some dry jelqs.

I must say that my erections have consistently become rock hard and I’ve noticed that it feels and looks a little thicker. The head/glans seems slightly larger as well. No increase really in length as yet though.
When fully erect, it seems to curve upward at a greater angle than before I started.

Currently I’m pretty average: EL:6”, EG:5”
I’ll be REALLY COMFORTABLE at: EL:7.5”, EG:6”

One question though, what’s your advice on length? Here’s my current routine:

Hot wrap, about 4-5 mins
20 sec stretches in all direction 3-4 sets
100 dry jelqs
200 wet jelqs
Squeezes? I think.

After a month and a half no noticeable lengths gains.
Try to do it 3 days on 1 day off, then 2 days on 1 day off and repeat.
Am I overdoing it?

2006 Start: 6.25" BPEL and 5" EG - 2012 7.625" BPEL / 4.875" EG / 8.063" BPFSL. (All manual routine)

Yes, PE works. I know for sure it is. Keep an eye on your PI’s. Train hard and good luck!

If you are not gaining, it could be too many jelqs. To me 300 is a lot.

You could check out the entire progress report of Kevin12, it may give you some ideas.

To me 300 jelqs is a lot too. I normally do 200 and feel I did a lot. Just make sure each jelq is done correctly and with full quality.

Thanks guys. I saw guys doing around 500 jelqs so I thought 300 might have effective. A little too ambitious, aye?
