I am new and I just want to be put in the right direction please
Hello I just recently found this site and I think it is great. I have been doing Penis excerices for about 2 weeks now =) and I just wanted to share with you what I have been doing and if my routine will get me good gains?
What I have been doing for the past two weeks. Even though I’m feeling to change to the newbie excercises on here if it will get me better gains than what I do =)
Warm up 2mins cause the cloth doesn’t stay warm for that long so I’m surprised when I see people say they warm up 5-10 minutes..
1.Stretching like 5mins 30seconds in the directions right, left, down and outwards (by the way I do this when my penis is 50% erect approx)
2.Cream up my nob =’)
3.Then Jelqing for about 10mins. But I do my jelqs quite fast like right, left, right, left, stopping at the base of helmet each time, does it matter how fast you jelq? And what is more effective fast or slow jelqs?
4. Warm down for about 2mins (because again cause the cloth doesn’t start warm for to long)
And I do this routine 2-3 times a day and 5 days a week Monday to Friday and weekends off. Need my penis for weekends =P
So please tell me if my routine is good and will it get my gains like the newbie routine you guys do because if it is less effective I will switch it up. =D Thanks
