How to kegel In more blood

How to kegel In more blood

Hi thundersplace forums. As a first poster I have a question that’s been bugging me for a few days. As the title says, I have briefly experimented with this technique just to corroborate if it works for future use (I am still a noob). I am finding that no discernible extra blood enters the penis when I squeeze out a kegel with a manual tourniquet around the base, much less increase the pressure. This particularly concerns me since I plan on focusing on girth once I am conditioned. So my question is as follows:

What is the correct technique for kegeling blood? Is there a specific point(s) where I should feel the contraction? (Base of penis, buttocks).

Do you actually hold the kegel for a few seconds, or with repeated short “pumps” should the unit be filling with blood?

What is a sure fire way to ensure that I am executing the exercise correctly and the blood pumps in?

Sorry if this has been covered before but I am very interested in learning how to perform this technique correctly since it will form the basis of the girth exercises I intend of taking up in the future.

To all, thanks in advance for the replies.

Try making your dick moving up. Squeeze your but hole.

Keep in mind you need minimum 20% erection to pump blood on the shaft.

BPEL 7 EG 5.5 NBPEL 6.5 Flaccid length 4.5. Started Jan 2015 at bpel 6.5 nbpel 6.0 and eg 5.2 flaccid length was 3.5

I have reached my goal. At least for now.

Can you stop or slow down your urine flow while urinating? That’s a kegel.
