How to gain deep girth

I have been peing for little while now, and I am no doubt getting girth gains. My main exercises are manual stretches, jelq, clamp, and the occasional pumping. My girth seems to just be growing in width. Which isn’t bad and im not complaining at all. Also I’m not very anatomically intelligent but the way I understand it is that I am growing the corpus cavernosum (I’m sure I butchered the spelling). Is there a way to work the corpus spongiosum that surrounds the urethra? To get more of that deep look as opposed to looking flat.

Goal: NBPEL- 7.5", MSEG- 6"

Try focusing more on your pumping. That tends to expand all chambers equally.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Questions:

1. How much did you gain once you started clamping?
2. Do you recommend clamping? If so what is your routine?

Sorry if It seems like I’m trying to steal your thread im just trying to learn as much as I can about clamping before I start in about a month or whenever I cannot gain from my routine now.

Liquidheroine I’m not too experienced in clamping. Only been clamping about a month-month and a half. I clamp after my shower/jelq session in the morning for about 5mins, and do a 5min clamp at night during my evening workout. I’ve gained about 1/4” since starting clamping. I also jelq alot throughout the day. I very rarely take rest days. I dont do rest day because I still wake up with morning wood, can get an erection on command, I never lose erection quality but then again I’m still young (27), so I’m not sure if that has anything to do with it. There is a link here about clamping you should check out. I can’t remember what its called. I think its like “everything you need to know about clamping” or something of that sort
