How much L Arginine and Lethicin should I take?

I’m trying to get my erection harder, and ejaculation quality and volume better. I don’t have any prostate problems, would Pygeum do more harm than good?

How much Lecithin and L Arginine should I take and at what times of the day to get the best results? I have 1000mg capsules of L Arginine and 1200mg of the Soya Lecithin.

Any other supplement suggestions to get my cock harder when erect? Thanks !

The efficacy of L-Arginine starts about a half hour after ingestion. This effect can last up to two hours depending on how much I’ve taken. Thing is if intake too much, it can upset my stomach. I stay below six grams. I find the lecithin is effective after 3-4 days.

I don’t really know about the rest, but I think for what I’ve read that 100mg of zinc per day is a high dosage, guess not recommended.

Do you think if I took 1 of each in the morning at 1 of each in the evening would be OK?
I’m not sure on whether to take then with meals or on an empty stomach? If an empty stomach is best, when is the stomach empty?

Be careful with supplements.

Arginine competes with lysine, and zinc competes with copper.

To much of one will mean a shortage of the other. If you are doing PE copper and lysine are needed to make connective tissue.

All amino acids should be taken on an empty stomach because they are absorbed through the stomach lining.

I had 1000mg of L Arginine yesterday morning, and another 1000mg this morning too. Ever since I’ve had a headache and sore throat, and a temperature. But I think I have flu, I don’t think L Arginine would cause a sore throat as a side effect? I’ve read it can give people headaches but it’s just the fact my symptoms have come on since I’ve started taking it that worries me!

Can you get lectin that isn’t from soy?
