How much is "enough".

I’m truly confused. Due to surgery I’ve only been stretching only, and jelqing has been put on hold. Strangely enough I’ve gone from 6.8 to 6.65-6.50. I haven’t really noticed any negative PIs, and my flaccid on average is .25 longer. I’m just looking for some advice to make my erect larger. Why did I lose length?! I’m frustrated. Is an hour of stretching too much? This is my second month so far.


And two one last thing. Should I take an off week and see what happens? Is wearing tight underwear negative in terms of gains? Jelqing or Stretching first.

I think I might have found the answer to my own question. I have only taken about 8-9 off days in 2 1/2 months or so. Is there such thing as an off week?

Try not to double post or triple post for that matter and basically I would think less is more.

Started: NBPEL 5.5 == EG: 5

Current: NBPEL 7.5 == EG: 6

Goal: NBPEL 8 == EG: 6

When your penis is in erect state, is it hard? Maybe you over did it, so your erection level lessens. Do you squeeze your penis hard when you stretch? Bare in mind the grip should be firm but not tight enough to loose circulation and hit the dorsal vein
