Are you at 17,5 cm NPEL? Congrats on your great gains :)

About and inch in length and and half inch in girth. When I was really young (18-19) I only measured a few times and I think I was at 6” NBP or just under, not sure about girth I think I was at 5.0 MSEG or just over. I dabbled in PE when I was about 21 or 22 but was never consistent. At around 24 or so I became more consistent and have been at about 2 days a week for the last four years. 28 now. At my best I’m 7”NBP by about 5.6”MSEG.

Wish I would have started at 16 or so and been consistent 4 days a week or so. I would have had 8x6 in early 20s.

Andrea, brother, if you want to gain you have to work and work in the correct way. Gains will arrive. :D

Anyway, I’ve gained 2cm (almost an inch) in length and 1cm+ (half an inch) midshaft in girth in five months.

Remember that it is never too late to gain! I don’t accept the notion. I’m over twice your age and gaining.

But we're never gonna survive, unless we get a little crazy.

I started at roughly 5” BPEL, maybe slightly shorter. Not sure what my initial EG was, but the last time I bothered to measure it was at 4.75. After almost 1 year of dedicated PE I’m now 6” NBPEL, 6.5” BPEL, 5” EG. I took one 30-day decon break after 4 months of regular PE, then another 30-day break 4 months after that. I got my first 1” after only four months, my next 0.25 after the second block of four months, and I appear to have gained 0.25 over the last two months, although I was careful to ease my way back into my routine to prevent toughening up too fast to gain. I hope I stay in this sweet spot I seem to have gotten myself into.

I’m going to try squeezing another 0.5” of length and girth out of my manual exercises, and if I can’t get that within another year I’ll check out hanging and clamping.
