How Long Do Should I Use The Newbie Routine ?

So I’ve started and I just wanted to know how long I should do the newbie routine ? I’m trying to gain length and some girth , so what should I do for that ?

Use it until your gains cease. Even years after I added different devices and routines, the newbie routine remained a part of my regular PE.


Started 7.75x5.75

Currently: 9.75bpX6.75eg My Picture Thread

Goal:10.0bpX7.25mseg Building a thicker unit, click by click, pump by pump, jelq by jelq!

So any advise on PE. Excises to help me start off ?

I stick to 10 minutes of Jelqing and 5 minutes of stretching now.

You may or may not have seen a piece of advice on the Newbie Routine to gradually increase to 30 minutes of Jelq and 10 minutes of stretching — this is apparently best avoided as it leads to overtraining.

So have you gained anything from 10 minutes of jelq and 5 of stretching ?

You could start 10 min stretching and 10 min jelq if you think your dick can handle it, if it’s too much just sitck to 5 min stretching 10 min jelq for the first 3 months (gradually increase every month as DarkEngine says, but without surpassing 20 minutes each).

Almost all of us gained something from the newbie routine and it isn’t just for growing but for everyone to adapt our dick for some other advanced PE excercises.

Don’t forget the 5-10 minutes warm.
