How do you guys keep motivation

I find that the very hardest part about jelqing is the motivation it takes to keep up with your routine and not slack on it. And this is coming from a guy who is into power-lifting and trains 2 hours a day 5 times a week.

Any advice guys?

I do my jelqs in two or three sets of 20-50, stop when my kegel muscles fail.

I found over the years that the kegel muscles work together a lot like the abs do for your core lifts to keep your erection going. So what you want to do is tighten your kegel muscles and do your wet jelqs in sets starting light with a lot of reps and increasing grip, time, and decreasing your reps as slowly as you can as you progress. Don’t even worry about doing 100 or 150 wet jelqs at first, just concentrate on doing three sets of 20 (with contracted kegels) and add five reps twice a week or as you see fit. About a month or two months later you’ll see you’re making great gains and have stronger erections over all.

That is actually some great advice! When I jelq I get caught up in counting like 0/200. And I notice how long and dreadful the whole process really is, I will try this out thanks!

I think back to where I was when I started. The Visualizer is great for that.

Also, visualizing where I plan to be helps.


Start: (Aug 2001): 6 1/2 bpel x 4 7/8 mseg

Current: (6/24/14): 7 3/4 bpel (7 nbp) x 5 5/8 mseg. BEG 6 1/4. BPFSL 8 1/8.

Goals: First: 7 1/2 bpel x 5 1/2 mseg ACHIEVED! Current Goal: 7 nbp x 5 3/4 mseg (almost there!)

Make sure you also warm up very well before you jelq, and then around every five to ten minutes after. I’m finding out after forgetting this long ago that warm ups are highly underrated and make a big difference. And like with powerlifting, if your penis is inflammed and hot hours later you may need to ice it down and consider cutting back on PE until you no longer get this effect. You can always “Pay your dues” or as they say in PL circles “Milk your gains” which means take your time and work up slowly.

Yeah I’ve been pretty good with the warm ups! I usually use a rice sock for like 20 minutes before the actual routine.

Drugs. Lots and lots of psychedelic drugs.

Ok, you got my attention, lifting weights and drugs…

Tumblr is the way. I try to bookmark all the dick pics that look bigger than mine. And then I review them to keep myself envious and motivated. I must admit now that im much bigger than when I started, it get harder to find monsters to keep me motivated. I also like reading kingsnake’s (Saiyan22) updates over at MoS, they serve as motivation too.

Your post shows how uncomfortable you are with your own sexuality. I have no problem viewing dick pics when they serve as motivation for me, it doesnt say im attracted to them or their owners in any sexual way. Get off your high horse.
