Hi Buddies,

I will try to fowfer, however, my balls sac ( specially balls ) under the penis makes me hinder to do it.
Could you let me know the proper way to place balls?

Hehe, I know what you mean. Where will you put the balls when your penis is stretched in the asscrack?! I have no idea, it must be uncomfortable.that’s why I never understood the fowfers and never did them. I prefer regular but intense manual stretch sessions. I dunno if fowfers work or not - no experience with them =/

Put them to the side. Say you pull your penis to the left side your nuts go on the opposite side if that makes any sense. I have just gotten back into doing fowfers so I cant tell you from experience if they work or not.

Are Fowfers the same as stretches where the penis is pulled under the ass then sat upon for a few minutes?

I usually just put a testicle on each side. It’s a bit uncomfortable if you sit wrong, but it still works just fine.

Martinn was looking for a serious answer, not some lame joke. Anyways, I put my balls to one side and my dick to the other. After a few minutes I will switch. I usually do a few kegels. Be careful when you sit so that you don’t sit on your balls.

But seriously… I actually have trouble with my nuts getting in the way when stretching down and when rotating. I’m not long enough to try Fowfers yet, but I can definitely see how they would be a hinderance.

Yes you are long enough to do Fowfers! If I can do it, you can do it. And I did it when a young boy and smaller than I am today, or the length that I was on 12 April, 2007 when I started PEing.

As you Fowfer, the heat from your body will cause your dick to become more elastic and stretch further, like when you do your warm-ups. Place your dick on one side and your balls on the other. Your balls will eventually find their place as they do normally when walking, siting, bike riding, etc. They are pliable and will form to the situation. Try it, you will like it, I promise! :thumbs:

How do you stretch that causes you balls to get in the way? Are you doing them standing with you legs together? If, so, spread your legs and bend slightly when you stretch down (SD) or do circular/rotating stretches. Or, do as I do. Stand with one leg on the seat of a chair and then so your stretching/rotating with the opposite hand (rt. leg on chair, stretch with left hand) and then change legs and hand. Or, sit on the edge of a chair with the balls hanging and do the regular and rotating stretches with your back slightly bent forward. You should not have any trouble.

I do all my stretching standing up. My balls seem to protrude forward from my body. With my legs together I can not stretch downward at all. With my legs spread, I can stretch downward, I just have to be careful not to pinch one of the jewels. Rotating even with legs spread they get in the way and can be painful.

I did try yesterday putting my leg up on the counter for the downward stretches, and that seemed to help plus I can get a better stretch that way.

I’m going to try the fowfers with the balls pushed to the side. So the fowfer does not need to be BTC? That is what I meant by not being long enough, that I could not reach BTC. So is it the clamping of the legs that does the stretching?

It seems to me that I read in a thread that someone else had the same problem with “big balls that protruded forward.” I believe it was also because they had “very muscular thighs.” They said they pushed their balls between the legs and out of the way (like a Fowfer but keeping the dick out), closed their legs and then did their stretches. Maybe you could try this. And, you can try this when doing the circular/rotary one also.
Even though I don’t need to do it, I just tried it and both worked for me.

If it is only a problem when doing the “downward stretch”, then do it with the legs apart only when doing the downward stretch. Or, maybe just do the downward stretch only to that point “before you balls get in the way.” Not completely straight down, but almost. I really don’t think you can hurt your balls by pinching them. Have you done that, or are you just worried that you might do that?

You are right in saying you can get a better stretch using one leg up on a chair. This could be the best way for you. It is for me.

Regarding the Circular/Rotary crank stretches, I find it best sitting on the very edge of a chair, balls hanging loose, and then doing these stretches, slightly bent at the waist. Your balls shouldn’t get in the way doing it like this.

Well, BTC means, as you know, “behind the cheeks.” I’m afraid that with what I have to work with at the moment :/D it’s impossible for me to do it BTC, since my short little man can get no way near the “cheeks.” As you can see for other replies, even those with more to work with, they push the balls aside and put their dick on the other side. But, as it warms up, I find that I can stretch it longer and longer and so, one day, hopefully I will be able to reach that “crack!”

I have to laugh when I watch the instruction videos, since the “equipment” that the model has to work with, and what I have to work with, are like night and day! Hopefully, someday the instruction videos will be made those with lesser measurement are also kept in mind. Maybe using two models, or with one instruction video for those with long dicks, and another for those with short dicks. I personally find that it is impossible to do some of the things that are shown when you don’t have the same equipment to work with as the model. As an example, because I have short arms and a short dick, it is impossible for me to “reach around back” and “grab my dick from underneath and pull it in-between my cheeks.” You just have to improvise and do the best you can with what you have to work with.

I keep my balls and the surrounding area of the thighs shaved, so I never have a problem in keeping them in place. When the get warm, the balls seem to “surround my dick”, keeping everything in place. I can even turn on my back, or even on my stomach, with my legs slightly open (sometimes with one leg straight and the other leg bent at the knee and brought up to the waist (half fetal position), and nothing comes un-done. It just takes practice.

By the way, I know you have your stats in your signature, but why not complete your PE Stats so you can keep a record of your progress and gains. Also, complete your Routine info. Its :easy:

I was able to try Fowfers last night using your suggestion. I wouldn’t say I did enough to count as an excercise, but I did experiment a little, and as suggested I can do it by pushing my balls to the side. I felt a little stretch, but mostly hir pulling. Looks like I’ll have to shave some more.

Speaking of which, totally out of curiosity, how in the world do you shave your balls???

I’ll post my stats once I get a good BP measurement. You’ll notice all mine are NBP.

And hey, we are in the same size range, so I know about the equipment not matching the videos!
