How did you decide what routine to do?

How did you decide what routine to do?

There is so many things to consider. Extending or hanging? Pumping or clamping? Manual exercises? A combination of some of these or all of them?
How often should you take breaks? Should you masturbate/have sex regularly? Even withing specific exercises there are many decisions to make.

There are so many possibilities and sometimes i feel the more i read the less i know. I can find opinions that swear by one method and opinions that say the opposite. Even some of the PE vets have drastically different opinions.
I understand that some things might work for some and not for others, but that just makes it harder to decide.

I currently have a bunch of exercises I do, im doing 3 day on 1 day off and i will change that based on my PI, if they get worse i will take brakes more often. I also measure once a month and if i dont see gains I will up the intensity or try other exercises. Thats my conclusion on how to decide what to do, but i was wondering if anyone has a better way.
I was also thinking of slowly going through the routines of members with most gains/posts and maybe that could get me closer to the most efficient way to do PE.

The general opinion seems to be to stick with one thing until you don’t show gains any more, then change to something else. I started off with a little bit of everything, and it’s working for me. In my opinion, available time, and convenience are the main deciding factors. And if privacy is a factor, it might be more important than the other two.

One of our moderators once asserted that you should never pass up a chance for sex in order to do PE. Sex is what you’re doing PE *for*, after all. As far as masturbation… try it and see what works for you. Some members have found that denial increases their libido; for myself, it worked the other way. If you keep track of your EQ and masturbation in your log, you’ll know what to do.

Yes, and it can be frustrating. But everyone isn’t the same, and their penises don’t react the same to exercises. If there was One True Way that worked for everyone, it would be on the main page of the forum and we would all be partying.

That’s how I did it; I started at the beginning of each subforum and worked my way back, reading topics that had interesting titles. It took about a month and a half. There’s a *ton* of information here.

Keeping track of EQ is a good idea i will start adding that to my logs.
