Are hot wraps necessarY?

Would a towel, that has been soaked in hot water be sufficient? (of course the water would be squeezed out first)

Heat tends to help with getting things loose and more easily stretched, but hot wraps aren’t “required.” However, most guys find them useful. And if a hot towel is the best you can do, that’s fine. You might want to try a search (button, top right) for “rice sock”. That’s an alternative source of heat. Or a heating pad. Or just the hot water in your shower. There are several ways to do it.

I think hot wraps are necessary, it reduces blood spots, which means less minor vessels bursting, well, thats how I see it.
