Hot flashes after Jelq?

Hello everyone, I’m a new member so this is one of the few boards I can post on at the moment. I began PE about a week ago and have been doing stretches and Jelqing. I notice after I jelq I get a hot flash that lasts about 5 minutes, is this normal? If not any ideas what might be the culprit? I’m a 25 year old male. Thank you very much in advance.

I would venture to guess it’s completely unrelated. If it’s not, are you nervous about what you are doing? I’ve seen stress do some funny things.

Stress could be it. I will keep an eye on it through the coming days. Thank you for your quick reply. Hope to report back with some good gains in a couple months.
