Since I have a low LOT, I should be focusing on high angle jelqs and stretches, correct? Does that mean I should completely omit low angle stretching as well? Or just not do them as frequently…?
I think a newbie should stretch all angles regardless of his LOT. Maybe focus more on angles most favorable as indicated by your LOT, but in the beginning you are drawing out whatever easy newbie gains are to be had and conditioning your dick for more serious work later.
With that light level of activity, you might as well stretch each way. It can’t hurt, and you might break through some easily conquered limiting factors doing it.
I wonder if LOT can flip flop around a bit in the initial stages of PE as the weakest limiting factors are eliminated. Hmmm.
