I had long break over holidays from being so busy and not I’m back to where I started almost but the girth gains were cemented.

I been PEin for 2 months but after taking a break should I start to go into more advanced excersises yet or wait 3 more months?

Start with the Newbie routine again. 2 months is just too short to jump into any of the advance exercises and you just might end up getting injured. I’d say 6 moths of conditioning would be okay.

Start up slow after your break and see how your penis feels if it feels strong enough start taking it up a notch at a time.

I had to take off 4-5 days last week because my gf and I took a small vacation. The combination of more sex, and lack of privacy kept me from being as motivated as I usually am. To my surprise it looks like I needed that break. Once I got back into my routine I received really strong PI’s that night.

How long was your holiday break?

I took 2 weeks of over Xmas due to parties, travelling etc and the rest actually did my penis good.

It gave it time to recover and grow, also there is something called muscle memory. Which I am sure is relevant to a penis, it remembers where it was and it doesnt take long to get back into if your consitent.

I couldn’t imagine you’d lose anything if you stopped for 2 weeks. If you did I would assume you’d gain it back faster than you lost it. Looking back I should have at least done a routine that was at least half what I normally did.

Well last night I jumped into my newbie routine but I stretched harder than I was and had a rice sock on my unit at all times to help stop the risk of injury and I actually feel a the ligs stretching and repairing lol.

I don’t like jelqing as it gave me my first minor injury, which was of my mistake but still I don’t like to do over 200 jelqs.

What I have been doing for the girth portion would be get a 85-90% erection. Grab and the base as far back as I could and squeeze hold for 30 secs to 1 min. Then slowly move upward like a jelq stop, move a little higher stop and repeat the hold. All while kegeling blood into my unit to keep good pressure. Is that a good exercise for girth? My girth has come right back but my length is down from 7.25 back to 6.75 but I took a month break almost from the holiday craze.

If I keep heat on my tissue on off days will that help facilitate growth and repair of tissue?

And after the break my EQ is alot better than before when I couldn’t really get a 10 but not I can get a 9.5 no 10 EQ but no GF right now either so will see how it goes ha.
