Well last night I jumped into my newbie routine but I stretched harder than I was and had a rice sock on my unit at all times to help stop the risk of injury and I actually feel a the ligs stretching and repairing lol.
I don’t like jelqing as it gave me my first minor injury, which was of my mistake but still I don’t like to do over 200 jelqs.
What I have been doing for the girth portion would be get a 85-90% erection. Grab and the base as far back as I could and squeeze hold for 30 secs to 1 min. Then slowly move upward like a jelq stop, move a little higher stop and repeat the hold. All while kegeling blood into my unit to keep good pressure. Is that a good exercise for girth? My girth has come right back but my length is down from 7.25 back to 6.75 but I took a month break almost from the holiday craze.
If I keep heat on my tissue on off days will that help facilitate growth and repair of tissue?
And after the break my EQ is alot better than before when I couldn’t really get a 10 but not I can get a 9.5 no 10 EQ but no GF right now either so will see how it goes ha.
