So, I am new but have been checking in every few weeks on and off for over a year now. I missed the last registration and got lucky this time. Hi everybody.
I’ve been doing PE for about 3 months steadily I believe. I started with the newbie routine and quickly veered off course. The only thing I am consistent with is working 2 days on and 1 off. Other than that, sometimes I’ll warm up in the shower first but usually just a quick massage; I don’t do much stretching, sometimes if I’m just laying in bed or in the shower; I increased my jelqs (dry) steadily at first but now don’t really count, I just stop when I feel my penis has had enough - usually after 20-30 minutes. Oh, the one other thing I am consistent on is resolving not to ‘release’ after I’m done working out and doing it anyway - I don’t know how you edgers do it.
Despite my lazy regimen, I’ve gained maybe just under .5 inches since I started. I actually just discovered this today after I found out I could register and decided now was the time to measure. I don’t feel like my erections are more turgid, although I did at the very beginning of PE for a couple weeks. I attribute this to not doing kegels - I will be for now on. One good thing I noticed is that I shoot further now, though.
Oh yea - I started at 6.25” NBPEL and am now 6.75”. I did not measure EG at the start but am currently 5” - I don’t think I’ve gained any here. I just today saw the post on the “New Newbie routine + Supercharge” and decided I’m going to follow this (for those already begun with PE) and I will post progress If we are still doing that on the thread.
OK, glad to finally have posting privileges and I will be checking in daily. I know I’m one of many new guys and am not looking for any special attention, just wanted to say hi.
