Hi, new to the forums, just introducing myself

Hi, my name is demian and I am new to the forums here. I am glad I stumbled upon something that is natural and not some sort of lame drug, or a money grabbing scheme. As it stand right now I have an above average size I guess.I’m 7.25 in length and 5-something in girth. I want to make my wang more thick so if anyone knows any girth specific exercises I would love to hear about it, but I will be starting the n00b routine as of tomorrow.

And welcome to the Forum.

Although I know you want to get “to grips” with the exercises. It really will be best if you follow the Newbie Routine for a month or two. Just to condition your unit for the heavier exercises to come and To avoid injuring yourself.

But of course, Don’t overdo things in the Newbie exercises. Just take it steadily And increase the tensions steadily.

I myself am practicing the newbie routine.
I think one of the most important things to remember is that it’s a marathon, not a race. So keep at it and don’t get lazy!.
