Hi, I will grove up 1,1 inch in 2 and 12 months.
I am 36,
I’ n not so new here,
I had a little PE experience 3 years ago that made me grow up 0,1 inch for week. I grew from 5.9 BPEL to 6,3 and about girth from 5,3 to 5,5 in 4 weeks ( 0,1 inch for week ) . I was satisfied for that goal, so I made no more PE.
After 3 years I have the same start size ( 5,9x5,3 ), I don t care so much about my dick size, I am really satisfied by my sexual life, but the problem is the everyday stress. Stress makes my libido go down, and sexually I am no charged. So I decided to return to PE, I think it really works for good sex.
By reading some posts in this forum, I think to be able to grow 1,1 inch in 2-3 months ( girth and Lent ). Starting from the classic newbie routine. What do you think about?
3 years ago I started with it, making some changes from week to week:
Hot wrap from 5 to 10 minutes
Manual simple stretches from 5 to 10 min.
Wet jelq from 10 to 30 min.
Kegels from 50 reps ( 5 seconds each ) to 5 minutes.
How long I have to do PE to keep a goal ?
Why after 3 years I came back to start size?
Does PE work with the same rules of Bodybuilding?
