Hi, I’ve known about PE for a while now but never been dedicated enough to stick to it. Now is the time to start and stick with it, I thought I would post on here as it may help to stay motivated.

I’ll start with my stats:

NBPEL = 6 inches
EG: Base = 5.2 inches
Mid shaft = 5.5 inches

My goals are to achieve consistent strong erections, a good flaccid hang and some gains to my erect length and girth.
I’ll be starting with the newbie routine and I think that’s all I need to say! :)

Starting over with the newbie routine on Jan. 1st, 2007.

Thought I would post an update!

I did my exercises on the 4th, 5th and had my rest day yesterday. Happy to report I was raring to go today :)

Routine has been:
5 min hot wrap
20 mins of manual stretching
15 mins jelqing

So far I haven’t been too consistent with the kegels so I will try and add them in. With the stretching I haven’t really been counting the amount of reps or how long I hold (likely to be 20-30 secs), but it has been ranging from 20-30 mins of stretching so I can fit in a lot during that time. It includes stretching out, down, up, left and right and also rotary (I like them a lot!). With the jelqing I haven’t been counting my reps, but I have been going for 10-15 minutes.

At the moment I enjoy stretching and jelqing a lot! I’m tempted this evening to do some more stretching as I really like them!

Be careful not to overdo it. Seriously, it does not take much effort to make gains over time and rushing it only seems to trigger a toughening of the tissues. Why don’t you check out Babbis newbie routine based on the IPR protocol? you may only be 16 days from another .25-.5 inches.

Rest is MORE important to growing new tissue than work.

I have read the Babbis routine and I am very interested. The claims to gains are very impressive, but the one thing that worries is taking one month off and not being so eager to get back into PE.
