Hey everyone. I’m new to this and until now i thought i would have to live with my 5.5” till the rest of my life, but this site really gave me hope. It’s really a great thing you guys are doing by sharing your expirience and knowledge about PE. I believe this means especially alot to men with modest size penises like me.
Anyway i’ve started just a week ago, and from the huge amounts of info i made myself a routine, which i would really appreciate if anyone could give me some tips on what i’m doing wrong and what i should change.
3 minutes hot wraps, 4 manual stretches(15 sec each),3 minute hot wraps,200 wet jelqs, 3 minute hot wraps. I do this routine for 3 days and then i take a day off.
I also have a few questions- How long do i wait before increasing the duration of my routine(ex, amount of jelqs)? And are hot wraps required or could i just do the warm up in the shower using hot water?Also a buddy of mine who told me about this site, said that you can’t do PE exercises and have sex or masturbate on the same day,is it true?
