My fsl is exact same as my NBPEL. I don’t think my erection reaches full most of the time, but is this normal?

For me, no, it isn’t normal. My FSL is always longer. Even when I have rock hard erections, my FSL will be longer than my EL.

For you, and many others: yes it is normal. Nothing to worry about.


Starting measurements (August 2009): BPEL: 7.625in EG:6.25in BPFSL: 7.5in flaccid BP length:4in

My FSL is 7.75 while my BPEL is 7.375

Goals: First: 7 1/2 bpel x 5 1/2 mseg ACHIEVED! Current Goal: 7 nbp x 5 3/4 mseg (almost there!)

My FSL and EL used to be the same (when I reached full erections) before I PEed. Since I started doing manual stretches my FSL became longer, no matter how hard my dick gets.

Aaron, when I first started PE my FSL was not longer than my erection, but after PE and gains my FSL became longer than my erection. I always had a hunch when your FSL is not longer than your erection, it is an indicator you can make some easy PE gains or newbie gains. Are you new to PE?

In this modern world, it is very normal that you can not achieve a full erection every time, especially if you are addicted to masturbating. When I first came to PE my erection quality was horrible but as soon as I start PE and don’t ejaculate for a few days, I get nice erection quality. In my personal opinion the improvement in EQ is the best benefit of PE, sex is so much more satisfying when your cock is at its full size and throbbing.

What’s “acorning”? Everyone’s dick is different. Some guys can’t super rock hard. The bigger question is if your EQ is going down through your PE. If it is the same or getting better then you are good to go. If it is not, however, then you may need to back off on your routine.

It is actually getting better. "Acorning” is when your dick shrivels up and looks like an acorn haha. It doesnt hang flaccid. But now it is hanging flaccid and I’m pretty happy about that. Thanks bluray, I’m hoping for the best. Missed my PE today, but I’ll get back on the ball tomorrow

Also, over all erection quality as well as hardness will improve with proper nutrition and a healthy amount of physical activity. Stop smoking, cut out all refined sugar from your diet, supplement with a nice multivitamin (magnesium never hurts either), and start working out lightly a couple of times a week.

Oh, that helps a lot. I have cut down on smoking a lot. I’m taking a multivit that I pulled off a shelf in albertsons (Nature Made multi complete) and I need to start working out again. I will jump on the ball soon.

Final question: Infrared heat lamps are just regular lamps + infrared bulb right?
