Ok, I decide to do between the cheek stretches at 20 seconds to start for a total of 10. I will also do V Stretches, 20 seconds by 10. Of course warm up and down too. I’m going to stick with just this for at least 1 month and see how it goes.

I’d also do some jelqing. They’re very effective for newbies and veterans alike. Other than that, doesn’t sound too bad.
