I have been doing the exercises for approx 2 weeks now and I am feeling pains at the end of my penis is this because I am new or is there something I should stop doing.

What are “the exercises?” Are you following the newbie routine?

Thanks for reply I am warming up for 5 minutes and stretching for 5 minutes then the jelq for 5/10 minutes s I have done approx 100 as instructed (baby oil applied first) then a warm down. The head is really sore and tingly and I don’t want to damage it.

What later became the standard “newbie routine” was more PE than I would have been able to handle in the beginning, also due to feeling pain. For more info see my first post here.

Maybe your putting too much pressure on your glans. Avoid it especially when stretching. Grab below the glans then stretch.
