Hello everyone. I have just recently started PE about two weeks ago but I have noticed that my erections have gotten weaker. I’m only doing 150 jelqs (2days on 1 off) but I have now lowered it to 1 on 1 off. My penis gets erect and full of blood but I can still bend it a bit, which gets really annoying while having sex. Any ideas on what is happening or what I can do to get stronger erections? Thanks.

Also, what are some different things I can do to get a bigger head and also work on length?

150 jelqs is probably the problem, you are doing to many for being a complete newbie. I was the same as you, jumped into the deep end in my first few weeks of PE and my dick turned to shit. I took two weeks off, and then stared again with only 60 jelqs a session and increased the number slowly over time, and I mean slowly! Remember PE is not a race, just take your time with it no need to start with hundreds of jelqs, you have to listen to your penis, and right now it’s telling you to ease off a bit. If I was you I would wait till me erection quality goes back to normal, and then start again except with less jelqs this time round. Good luck!

On the newbie routine it says to do 200 jelqs , so I assumed I was going easy on it

For stronger erections, I would recommend kegel exercises and proper jelqing. You should be using your erection quality as an indicator in reference to how many, how often, and how much pressure you should be using with your jelqs. I would guess you are putting your dick through too much too early. Hope that helps!
